The Ranked Mode update restricts ranked parties to solo or duo, and duo partners must be within 1 rank of each other. In Eternus, both players must be Eternus and within 3 subranks.
Practically, that means duo works when your rank and the booster's ranked account are close enough to party. Put your exact rank in order notes so the right booster claims, and note that calibration matches cannot be duo'd — those are solo-only.
