How the Deadlock boosting queue works
A simple explanation of the paid order queue, booster claiming, chat, cancellation, and completion flow for Deadlock rank boosting.
After checkout, a paid Deadlock boost enters the live queue. The next eligible regional booster can claim it, chat with the buyer, coordinate Steam Guard if needed, and update progress through the order page.

From checkout to claim
After you configure a boost and pay through Stripe, the order enters the paid queue. Approved boosters can see available jobs for their region and claim the order if it is still unassigned.
The claim step is atomic, so two boosters cannot take the same order at the same time.
Live order chat
Every order has in-app chat. Buyers and boosters use it for schedule coordination, Steam Guard approval, hero requests, and progress updates.
Notifications are real-time, so the order should not depend on a separate Discord channel.
Refunds and completion
Before a booster claims the order, the buyer can cancel for a full refund. After the order is claimed or in progress, disputes and manual review handle edge cases.
When the boost is completed, the buyer can leave a review and the booster rating updates from verified order data.
FAST ANSWERS
Can two boosters claim the same order?
No. The claim action only succeeds when the order is still paid and unassigned, so the first valid claim wins.
Can I cancel before a booster claims?
Yes. Buyers can cancel for a full refund before the order is claimed.
Where do buyer and booster talk?
Every order has in-app chat for scheduling, Steam Guard approvals, hero requests, and progress updates.
