Deadlock Vindicta Guide
Vindicta is a marksman with 765 health and a rapid fire / long range kit. What each ability does and when to request Vindicta on a boost.
Vindicta is a long range marksman whose kit is built around picking a target and finishing it from the air. Flight lifts her above the fight and adds spirit damage to her bullets, Crow Familiar softens a target with a bleed and a resist cut, Stake tethers an enemy to the spot where it lands and silences their movement abilities and items, and Assassinate is a charged scoped shot that hits harder on enemies below half health.

Solo boost fit
In a solo boost the booster runs Vindicta as a pick hero: Flight keeps them out of reach while the bonus spirit damage on each bullet does work, Crow Familiar opens fights with a bleed that scales off the target's current health, and Assassinate closes on anyone who tries to back out low. The booster manages the long Flight and Stake cooldowns so an escape or a lockdown is always ready. It is a steady request with one caveat: a marksman who falls behind in lane loses the damage Assassinate needs to finish, so the booster prioritizes clean early farm.
Duo boost notes
In a duo boost you stay on your own account and the two of you split the fight by height. Whoever is on Vindicta goes into Flight for the overhead angle while the other player holds the ground and forces the enemy to turn, and Crow Familiar goes on the target you both want dead so the bleed and resist cut are ticking before anyone commits. Stake is the call: once it lands the tethered enemy loses movement abilities and items, so that is when both players dump damage and when Assassinate gets its fully charged shot.
When to request this hero
Request Vindicta by name when your account needs a hero who can win from range, fly out of bad fights, and secure kills on low targets with Assassinate instead of brawling. Let the booster pick when your bracket is full of dive heroes who can reach a flying target, or when you would rather the booster fill whatever the draft is missing.

FAST ANSWERS
Should I request Vindicta for a Deadlock boost?
Yes if you want a ranged hero whose games are decided by positioning and finishing shots rather than close range trades. Vindicta gives an Eternus 6 booster Flight to control distance, Crow Familiar to open fights, and Assassinate to close them, which is a kit that turns a lead into picks.
Is Vindicta better for solo or duo boosting?
Both work. Solo lets the booster run Vindicta at full tempo, cycling Flight and Stake cooldowns on their own timing. Duo is strong when you want a ground partner to pressure targets that Vindicta then finishes with Assassinate from the air.
What makes Vindicta different to boost with?
Vindicta fights from a place most heroes cannot reach. Flight puts her above the fight with bonus spirit damage on every bullet, Stake tethers an enemy to the spot where it lands and silences their movement abilities and items, and Assassinate is a charged long range shot that scales up on targets below half health, so the booster is hunting picks rather than trading in a brawl.
